2. Content Rules & User Responsibility

Users retain full ownership of the content, stories, novels, and portfolios created on OYA.to subdomains. However, users are strictly prohibited from publishing copyrighted, plagiarized, automated spam, pornographic, or malicious content. OYA.to reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

3. Monetization & AdSense Integration

OYA.to offers automated layout rendering to integrate Google AdSense via direct publisher link or automated API integration. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their traffic and content comply with Google AdSense Program Policies. OYA.to is not responsible for any ad account suspensions or policy violations issued by Google directly to the user.

4. Limitation of Liability

OYA.to provides a portfolio building platform "as is." We do not guarantee permanent uptime or loss of data due to technical issues, although we deploy enterprise-level efforts to secure the architecture.
